Excellent but not managed well

Its a TV station compound ( don't think there is any actual TV station broadcasting from there), though they have a lot of open space that is normally used for parties, and more than 2 different parties can take place at the same time.
Reality TV is currently the only broadcasting station in Iwo, Osun State. It has both radio and TV program. Although, it's still a growing broadcasting company yet to be known in all Southwest Nigeria.

It is a TV station located in Iwo. There are studios and event halls inside, as well as cafterias and canteens. The place is easy to locate because it is placed in Iwo-Ibadan high way.
It is easily accessible because it is just on the highway from Ibadan in Oyo state to Iwo in Osun state. It has a lot of parking space but this is usually taken over when the place is given out for party hosting. On other days, the place is quiet and one might just assume that the place not in use.
