The executive shuttle was good. The driver did not pick up he's call while driving. He drove carefully. The AC did not go off for one minute. We left at exactly 6am and arrived at the pack at exactly 1:40pm ... we could have left earlier if other passengers came early and we were like 3rd shuttle to leave for Abuja. The shuttle was in good shape...you should book your tickets prior to the day you'll be traveling. We had light refreshments too

The customer service is zero!!! You should consider getting trained customer service reps than just picking some illiterate to sit and sell tickets at the ticketing counter!!! And no phone number for you courier service!

Perks Inc.

Decent travelling company, I have had my experience travelling with them, but their booking service is outdated. The site, as at when I am making this comment, has issues with payments. I got debited and had to call them to rectify the issue and eventually landed at their office the same day, defeating the purpose of an online transaction in the first place.
