Situated in Wuse 2 is Echo lab. It has an eye clinic also, which is one of the best in Abuja. The eye clinic is in the same compound, but at the back of the main building. The doctor was Remarkably polite and friendly. Price is fair. To get frames cost about 10k. I recommendnd.

Diagnostic center is on point, amazing, staff are professional and helpful, machines and equipment are of good standard and procedures are on par with international best practices, amazingly it's also very affordable especially in comparison to the competition however it is almost always crowded so make sure to go early if you don't want to end up waiting an hour or two

The customer service is the worst I’ve seen. Those girls at the counter shouting and speaking rudely to customers. They definitely do not own the place because if they did they’d know customers are what keep businesses going. The worst was the light skin one. Her nam is Kim or something of that nature. Take a page out of cardio care’s books and teach them some manners. If the customers were rude I would understand to some extent but no it just seems like you guys have given those girls free reign over your clinic. Location gimbiya. One more thing. It seems like poor customer service is all anyone says about you guys. Buckle up
Very lousy customer service. They ask you to check your results online but the username and passwords don't work. You call their numbers, they don't pick. In this era of COVID 19, many businesses are making efforts to go online. Echo scan is rather making false hope to people to check results online. The platform doesn't show a thing and the management doesn't seem to care about this.
Echo scan is one Laboratory and Radiology company that I would love to go to again and again ecoscan has some state of the art equipment and the staffs are efficient and friendly. Whenever you want to do your scan or blood tests, go to echo scan. Though the only setback is they don't bleed babies and infants.
This diagnostic centre is one of the best in Abuja. There perform almost all type of laboratory and radiography text/examination. Prices are however higher than your normal diagnostic centre but you can be sure of correct and accurate results. Major problem with this place is the long patient waiting time which I have experienced on several occasions. Management should kindly look at ways to reduce this.
Bad experience, waiting hours just to get test results that was suppose to be ready days ago. Also , retrain your front desk managers they have bad customer service etiquette
