I pass Agidingbi road regularly but I never noticed this premises until yesterday when i attended a function there. The land massive is massive and very clean. The guesthouse is located further down away from the event noise. The guesthouse ambience is beautiful. Another amazing thing about this location is that the exit is directly at the T-junction facing Acme road and what that means is that you can easily make your way out in any direction you so desire. Talking about the event centre, it is a massive hall with no columns to hinder visibility. For me, that's a plus. Wheelchair passage is all over the place making it easy for people with disability to move around as well.

The land is spacious and serene, They have two event centers in the premises. However the price is high 900k-1.2M naira depending on which package you go for, all vendors and decorators will also pay 200k caution fee before setting up. 50k for every extra hour spent. The hall could use some redesigning as well. It can hold 1k guest and has enough parking space and a fine guest house

Academy Guest House sits there, almost unnoticed, concealed by the more visible event hall and facilities. But inside, the restaurant is enchanting, the bar is cool with a reserved feel, and the studio rooms are artists' delight And there is more!
