It's a very nice recreation center
I like everything about this conference center they have proved their worth it's really good. The environment is very clean and have good looking, working air condition, good car park, good rest room. I love everything see in this place, i have been there before, i will like to visit the place more and more. nice better place to be. Though it looks old.
Lack proper maintenance
Before now, it was just bare but right now, it shares boundaries with spare a shopping more and beside it is kiddies relaxation centre. Cultural center is close to watt market and Etim Edem park where you can easily access what to buy and also board a vehicle to travel within the state

Huge structure with large parking space sometimes used for outdoor events. Located in the heart of Calabar municipality. It seats next to the Calabar mall (Spar).
