Okoi Arikpo house is a historic building owned by the Cross River State Government. It is located at #10 Calabar, beside the Central Bank of Nigeria and right opposite the main branch of Guaranty Trust Bank (GT Bank) in Calabar. The building is said to be the #tallest building in Calabar with 7 storeys high. It has a helipad at the topmost part of the building where #helicopters can land and take off from. The building has a lift (thought not always functional at the moment) and a staircase. The building houses most Government Tourism run establishments and Acces Bank.
