The services we received on the 29th October 2020 from BJC was substandard, poor and unprofessional, not only did Mrs Kofi demanded full payment before the events, she failed to fulfil her own side of the contract. Instead of ten standing fans, she supplied four with some broken chairs and uncovered marquees, no apology was tendered, the picture she sent to me was far from what was supplied on the day. I was very disappointed even though she was highly recommended by a friend but she failed to deliver on the day.
