Your lack of customer service skills will be your downfall . How can you the owner of this business speak carelessly to a customer then going ahead to cut the call , I blame this country because if it were anywhere else you would have been out of business . If you want to register for an exam kindly look elsewhere, this company is purely bad vibes.
