To purchase items here is quite simple if you know what you want. However, we had to wait a while to get a means to pay as there was apparently only one working POS and it needed to be charged and there was no charger so workers were seeking who had a personal charger that could work. We had to stand to wait for all this to be sorted. Plus, area for returns and complaints was FULL! (Should've been a sign to us) Then, the AC unit we got here has not been working; we still have so far had no resolve. - Overall, know what you want, go there willing to get what you want, purchase item(s); but keep in mind you may possibly end up going through the rigour of return (or accept the loss if too dramatic for you).

LG service Center and show room. The reception is welcoming and nice however the location of the centre is off any transport route. You either drive or hire a taxi to the location. Remember to go with your purchase receipt if you are going to service a product still under warranty. If you electronic is out of warranty, they will cost the repairs and inform you through a call before proceeding. Sometimes they forget this and you may need to call them if you really need your work done. They are good, well priced and come recommended. Revised Oct'19 star reduced to 1! Service process changed to most stupid and clumsy process ever. Now after collecting your electronics for repairs some deposit too, you'll have to lagos to update you on status of your equipment at all times. If you don't call you don't get any update and when you call they'll ask you to wait for them to call Abuja. How stupid can that be?

For a place like Nigeria with zero customer care service, I have give Fouani 5 stars. I actually bought the TV via Jumia and not from Fuoani. When I got to their office, they simply confirmed that the TV was still covered by the warranty, then told me to come back in 24hrs to pick up the TV, I came back and it was all fixed. I had similar experiences with them 2 other times, on one occasion they even changed the appliance. I recommend them

Though it is a service center for your bad LG electronics, You can also purchase LG and Hisense electronics here. The only downside is they do not install TVs for you when you buy unless its 75inches and above. I wonder why?

As a distributor, they have a lot of products. But their customer service needs work. Their staff seemed upset even before I asked any questions and the foreign staff wouldn't look at me while addressing me. My take away was they have what I need and are not trying to be my friends.
