The Foundation for the Development of Multitalented Manpower (FDMM) provides career support to students in secondary schools and universities through partnerships with schools, universities and Alumni associations, using highly experienced staffs and high-quality volunteers. We start working with students at an early stage in their education when it matters most. Our primary objective is to ensure that students are well prepared and equipped with the right skills to be able to progress to further education and employment and become better prepared, resourceful and employable. We implement a range of initiatives to support students’ growth including promoting and providing mentorship supports that encourage career and professional development, increases the quality of manpower among youths, and develops students’ capacity, capabilities, competencies, skills, and understanding in their fields. We do this by associating together members of the public, private and public institutions and Alumni in a common effort to use mentoring to improve student’s career, their manpower and their quality of life that lead to their better contribution to societyy.
