Good place for students to rent. Water always runs here and there is a well for backup which is almost never needed. Room spacious enough for 1 tenant, spacious kitchen, and compared to others around...very spacious bathroom. Well tiled room. The kitchen and bathrooms are tiled from the floor to the ceiling. Very good American panelled doors. Wardrobe is also available in all rooms.air conditioning is also available, but if bad, tenants may have to fix it themselves. Price points vary. You get those with personal veranda for #150,000, while others range between #130,000 to #140,000. For students, it is very close to the school and you wouldn't need transport to school. Just a 3-minute walk from the campus.
