Its a service site that sells hosting and domains to interested buyers . The site is pretty responsive , I haven't bought hosting service or a domain from them though .
if i could give less than one star i would. This is the worst host provider ever. They have terrible servers and they do not even try to resolve issues on time. My advice, never ever use this people if not you will regret it.
No response to my enquiry. Just an acknowledgement that they've gotten my request. Another example of bad service.
