The convention centre is inside the Ojukwu memorial square. It is located opposite the Heros Square on Concorde Boulevard. The Centre has a huge statue of Ojukwu the late Igbo leader. It is a tourist centre with event halls, resource centre, large stand with over 100 seats. There's a recreation park connected to it via a tunnel and goverment offices beside beside it. It has a large organized parking lots and security. There numerous flaga representing many countries which is visiible from afar! There restrooms in the centre but no accessible trail at the entrace.

It is a convention center at the Ikemba Ojukwu Memorial Square. It is near the Heroes Villa. It is suitable for events and other social and political gatherings. There are near by top Hotels in case you come for an event and wish to lodge. It is a good sport for outdoor programmes and occasions.
