They do an amazing job in designs and print but have extremely poor customer value and relationship. They do a great job, no doubt, but take too much time to deliver. You literally have to follow-up daily before they get your job done. Worse still is they don't take correction and do not apologize for being late on a project. Attitude is poor but work delivery/end-product is often great. I'd give you guys 2/2 stars for great delivery, but 0/3 stars for poor attitude to customers, i.e 2/5 stars... I hope you see this and improve... Thanks. #Sammy-Thrive
