They offer the best services in Lagos. My friend refered me to this spa and I am happy I checked them out. I had an excellent time with them. Wow I never believed my Teeth can be this White until I had a teeth whitening session with them. Thanks Guys, I really appreciate your Excellent Service. I went in to wax my brows today and regretted the decision. This was my first visit ever to the spa. The girl who handled it did a poor job. I showed her before and after photos of previous eyebrow wax jobs I had done at Beyond Beauty Spa before she started. Just so that she could see that even though I have unusual and irregular brows, they can be done really well to look nicely curved and beautiful. When I told her I was dissatisfied she offered to redo them but I wasn't willing to risk losing all my eyebrows in her second attempt. The wax was too hot. I endured until she was almost done, but I did tell her so she'd be careful with another customer. I definitely won't return there for any eyebrow wax job. It was a bloody waste of my N2,000 and my time.

I just did my pedicure & manicure, I must say it's the best i've had so far and with Juliet treating me to a nice massage session, that was heavenly. You will definitely see more of me. Great job guys

I love everything about this spa, from the Boss down to the staffs . Best massage in Lagos, their advance teeth whitening service left my teeth sparkling white with no sensitivity. The compliments I am getting since after my facials at Bella Novera Spa is making me blush. To be honest this is the first spa that hv given me good lasting nails & eye lashes since I relocated to Lagos. Infact everything about this spa is so special and Unique.

After visiting many spas in Lekki, Bella Novera was amongst my top 2. The massage was therapeutic relaxing and my mani/pedi was superburb. However on a second visit, I paid for a teeth whitening treatment; the procedure took about 60 minutes. I was not happy with the results, the gel wasn't applied to my teeth properly and left me with uneven white stains on my top front teeth. After I sent a complaint to the manager & requested for a refund, she declined and said to fix it; it would require me going to get a polish and scaling elsewhere. The teeth whitening service is not a recommendation I'd make with Bella Novera.
