Very disorganized outfit, services is not different from what you get from a road side shop at Computer Village. I had a very horrible 1st and last experience. Enquired about a laptop, store confirmed availability and payment was made in less than 30 minutes only to be informed that Laptop is out of stock. Was asked to wait for 15 minutes but had to leave in anger after waiting for more than an hour. Laptop was deliverd about 2 hours later but later got a call that price has changed citing exchange difference. These guys harassed me with lots of calls because of 11k which was never part of the agreement.
