This company treated me poorly during my experience with them. Work up from my liposuction and found out they did not liposuction my thighs even though I paid for it. The doctor refuse to perform another surgery or return my money. Left me with one butt cheek bigger than another and did not see the need to fix it. Since you mandated to sign a waiver before surgery they don’t owe you nothing afterwards. But this is Nigeria so who cares right??? Dr Ayo you can act for your readers but you know the truth. Hopefully one day would find a reputable doctor who has integrity one day to fix it

Grandville is said to be the number one laser clinic in Nigeria but that is just a bluff, their professionalism level is zero! maybe they are good with plastic surgery but that is as far as their expertise go. I wasted almost half a million on laser stretch mark therapy! I was promised at least 60% improve after each therapy but that was not the case. I paid 200k per section and let me tell you, it was a total waste of money! After the first section, I complained that there was not even the tinniest bit of difference but I was told to be patient. I went for the second section and I was delayed for almost the whole day! Turns out all along their machine is faulty but because of their greediness, they managed it like that so as to earn more money at my expense. It’s possible the CO2 in the machine is exhausted and they just hurt my skin with the laser beam, that would explain the lack of result. I was told I would be compensated with a sum of 10k for the next section, God forbid I go back to that place! I found somewhere else less than half the price they offered me and I’ve already seen huge difference with just the second treatment. Their lack of sincerity n professionalism is really sad

Grandville medical laser is a top class high standard hospital, from my consultation with the dermatologist down to my treatment with the doctor, I loved everything. They also sell their own brand of products and that’s quite innovative. However, I’d like to talk about one of the products I got from them. Earlier last month I got the “Tranexamic Gel” as i was told to and read that it is supposed to quickly brighten stubborn hyperpigmentation and irregular melanin distribution which it didn’t really do so well. It’s not the price of the product that bothers me but the promises that were attached to it and how effective it would be. Aside the reaction I had with its use (which resolved) I’ve used it for over a month now and the improvement of my hyperpigmentation is nearly insignificant compared to what I imagined/expected. I don’t know the reason for that but I’m still hopeful that it does something before it gets exhausted.

Dr Ayo WOW what a great surgeon, Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable and putting my mind at rest. You explained everything to the utmost detail. The doctors that are working at the clinic are of the best in Nigeria. Dr Bianca and Dr Grace are so kind and very professional, they take care to help you and make you feel comfortable. All the other doctors and medical staff always have time to listen to you. The atmosphere there is so overwhelming, clean neat and homely.
