A good sense of professionalism and community. They take your vitals upon registering to know your tolerance level. The is a variety of weights for body builders: dumbells, bench presses etc Their sessions include aerobics, dance aerobics, core workouts, weighted exercises etc They have table tennis/ping pong, punching bag, yoga mats, a massaging machine. At the end of your session you can opt for a spinal adjustment or massage. They also sell gym wears. They need to work towards fixing some of the decommissioned equipments, because a lot of people will prefer way more workout options.
