Wack customer service They neglect your job. Few pieces of monogram takes them weeks to do. They also deliberately push your orders forward if you complain about their impolite and bad customer service. They don’t even have a customer service anyway. Overall, I have had very poor experience with them over the months I have consistently used them. I will definitely not recommend to anyone. Take your monogram and print somewhere else!
