Great place to pick up your shipped packages from the U.S. They can consolidate all your packages into a few boxes before sending them. I've been a customer since 2013 and my packages have always arrived complete and intact. There are some restrictions/guidelines when it comes to shipping perfumes, new phones, new laptops etc. So, be sure to give them a call and get the latest information on shipping such items. They charge a bit high. But they are reliable when it comes to delivering tour package from the U.S. They should work on their customer service as I had to visit the location only to be told my item hasn't been sorted out. I had to schedule another visit. A friend ended up picking it for me.
My shipment left the US on the 4th of December and the pre-shipment expectation was a pickup from their Lagos warehouse in 5-7 days..... fast forward to 12 working days later and I’m still being told that the shipment hasn't left the US yet....poor communication, no exact fact coordination, little to no empathy to Customer concerns
