Sky Cinema has a really great interior but they have issues with co-ordination and scheduling of movies. Their schedule online most times don't tie with what's obtainable when you get to the mall. Organization is also a deficiency there. I bought a 3-D ticket and waited 2-hrs only to be told they have technical issues with their screen and won't be able to show it that day. Though I was still allowed to see the movie a week later, I lost money owing to the fact that I saw it on 2-D. Their staffs are polite and willing to assist. Great place. With better planning, they could easily be one of the best cinemas around.
The mall is nice but the customer service delivery is very poor. Visited the mall to see a late night movie and a bouncer was stationed at the last escalator and says I cannot go because I was wearing a slippers and he was rude saying it. I said it's a movie and he said No you cannot go and I can't tell him his job. I really don't get the restriction to seeing a movie with shoe and I had to go back without seeing a movie. This was a bad experience that has discarded my last 2 visits of the mall. I will prefer going a long journey to see a movie were I am accepted and not restricted. My advise put a sign stating that slippers are not allowed so we do not have a rude bouncer telling us to go.
