We are Nigeria’s first Violin repair workshop, established with the aim of providing classical musicians in Nigeria and West Africa world class instruments at affordable prices, to enable musicians further refine their craft. The Vesta Ensemble was founded with the aim of creating more diversity in the cultural offering of Lagos and Nigeria. Our central role is to further the dissemination of classical music in the country, to show case the works of African classical composers and to educate on this genre of music in general. We currently boast 30 members. 13 core members and 17 temporary members. We are growing by the month and with the necessary sponsorship, hope to expand in number and quality, which will allow us produce a more frequent number of concerts.
