Vi-M was founded in 2015 by ex-employees of big 4 accounting firms and an ex- West African regional director of a multinational software company, to provide business support services in a more effective, accessible, affordable and flexible way using technology. In addition to other tax, audit, transfer pricing and business support services, we use accounting software and ERP solutions; our proprietary software tools - www.vi-mtalentassist.com, 'Tax Law Book' mobile app and www.vi-mtaxassist.com; Online courses, 'Tax and Accounting Services Cover' 'Business Assist' to help Nigerian businesses. We also carry out a lot of trainings and enlightenment sessions, some of which earned us: 1. A partnership with the Lagos Catholic Archdiocese, to carry out business and tax clinic series for its MSMEs across deaneries/ parishes in Lagos. 2. A partnership/ engagement by the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) in 2015/2016 as its first ever technical partner to write and publish tax technical articles for the education of taxpayers in the Guardian newspapers.
