Not very reliable at all. First he will come to take measurements and during installation will tell you that the roofing sheets is not enough even though he is the one that measured and gave you a quote then because you need to finish your roofing will buy more sheets costing more money almost the same amount you already paid. I noticed my roofing was leaking after he had finished and when I tried contacting him to come and repair he was messing me about and keep failing to come and I had to even call lawyer to take him to court for using very low quality steel sheets instead of 0:55 aluminum grade which is what I ordered. Totally disappointed with Von aluminum company. Don't go to them and waste your money please.
