Zitadel hospital,you guys should work on attending to customer instead of always apologising.the customer service there is very poor.tell the lab attendant there to be ATTENTIVE TO CUSTOMERS,THEY PUT THEMSELVES FIRST BEFORE CUSTOMERS ALWAYS,WHICH IS VERY WRONG, IMAGINE I HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE 9.00CLOCK THE STAFF JUST LEFT WITHOUT ATTENDING TO ME ITS THE PERSON FOR NIGHT DUTY THAT IS NOW ATTENDING TO ME.ITS ALREADY 7:00 CLOCK IN THE NIGHT.

They have excellent Dr's who take their time to listen to you and for all the times I have been there I got the right diagnosis. They also have state of the art equipments and friendly staff. The best is they are so affordable. For the services they provide in my opinion you get value for every Kobo spent. Serene environment with cool music playing in the background.
